If we successfully recover the exploited funds, a part of those funds will rejuvenate our treasury. After accounting for recovery expert fees, the majority of the retrieved funds will fuel a pool designed for the buyback and burn of $UNO tokens from the CS.

Upon completion of audits within the estimated 3-4 weeks, we will deploy new contracts to restore all SSIP & SSRP positions, ensuring the resumption of normal operations. Simultaneously, steps will be taken towards the election of our UNO Guardian members.

If the proposal prevails in the vote, we will undertake two principal actions: 1 - Proceed to burn 64.8M $UNO tokens within a 48-hour timespan. 2 - Initiate the development of new v2 contracts, which will subsequently be submitted for an audit.

In response to recent events, we propose burning 64.8M $UNO (2x the exploited amount) and reaffirming our dedication to fostering a thriving ecosystem.

Option 2 details: We'll leverage part of our protocol treasury to acquire 155K USDT, 32.3K USDC, & 18.4 ETH. These assets will then be used to restore all LP positions. LPs will also receive a distribution of 32.4M $UNO from designated tranches.👇
